Our delivery methods

To make sure your instruments and objects reach you in the best possible condition, we offer two delivery methods, both with parcel tracking.

Colissimo

Your parcel is delivered by Colissimo. For France, delivery takes 3 to 5 days. For other countries, the delivery time depends on the destination.

Mondial Relay

You can also choose Mondial Relay, with a delivery time of 3 to 5 days depending on the destination.

Delivery times run from the date your parcel is shipped. As soon as it leaves, you receive a link allowing you to track it. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination; they are shown to you before you finally confirm your order.

For any delivery outside France, any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are payable by the recipient.

Secure payment

Orders are paid through PayPal, which manages and secures the entire transaction. You can pay with your PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, directly by bank card. Your bank details are sent to PayPal and are neither passed on to VED-DISTRI nor stored on our website.
