a story of craftsmanship, sharing and community

Some companies are born from a carefully drawn-up business plan, and others are born from a conviction, carried alone and for a long time before anyone else comes to share it. VED-DISTRI belongs to the second family. Founded in 2009 in Saint-Hippolyte, in Alsace, the company was never meant to be a mere workshop turning out Lecher antennas: it grew, year after year, as the natural extension of a practice lived for more than thirty years alongside dowsers and geobiologists who were, like us, trying to give shape to what their hands and their intuition already perceived.

Here in France we make the EDD Lecher antenna, the Rétro antenna, the Asclépios antenna and the Ernst Lecher antenna, each one designed according to the same principle of faithfulness we described in our previous article: uncompromising electromagnetic continuity, a loop that closes the circuit, an instrument built to serve the practitioner's precision rather than to charm by its looks. Yet our DNA cannot be reduced to a product catalogue. It lies in a way of being present, of passing things on, and of holding firm.

Sharing, above all.

This is the first word of our philosophy, and no doubt the oldest. LecherSCHOOL, our training centre, was born of the same instinct that leads a craftsman to open the door of his workshop rather than jealously guard its secrets, a tradition found in other forms in the history of the French compagnonnage, the old guilds of travelling craftsmen, where knowledge was only worth something once it had been handed on. Our videos on our YouTube channel, our online courses as well as those held in Saint-Hippolyte, our app for practitioners: all of it springs from the same gesture, that of making accessible what, elsewhere, is sold at a high price or kept hidden.

Keeping our heads high,

next, because no venture of this kind ever entirely escapes criticism or comparison. From the very first day, we chose to answer it not with controversy but with work: with better-designed antennas, with more precise books, with more patient teaching. Our collection La Maîtrise Vibratoire (Vibrational Mastery), which now brings together several books devoted to the practice of the Lecher antenna and to the geobiology of the home, is the most tangible proof of this: every page was written not to convince our detractors but to enlighten our readers.

And then there is you.

For if we had to sum up in a single word what sets today's VED-DISTRI apart from the company it was only recently, that word would be community. Two years ago we were moving forward alone, or nearly so, carried by the conviction that this work deserved to be pursued even without any immediate echo. Today our Facebook group brings together more than 6,300 members, a community that keeps growing week after week, and that figure, flattering as it may be, is not what matters most to us. What matters is that each of our YouTube videos is born from a question asked by one of you, and that each of our books was built by listening to your field reports, your doubts and your successes. It is not our choices that steer our community: it is our community that, patiently, steers our choices. We work for it, and it is the community, in return, that gives our work its true meaning.

It is in this spirit that we will keep writing on this blog: not to assert any authority, but to carry on a conversation that began long ago, between an instrument born in a physics laboratory and generations of practitioners who patiently turned it into a tool of subtle perception.
